Zachary is an accomplished finance professional with over 18 years experience as a real estate developer, investment banker, project manager and corporate executive with aggregate experience totaling over $2.6 billion USD. He has developed and advised on a wide range of project finance and strategic initiatives. Zachary has also served as Project Manager on construction projects totaling in excess of $612 million USD in the United States, Asia and Europe.
Zachary currently serves as Director for the InveStellar Corporation, a resort and residential property development and advisory firm specializing in world-class properties in holiday markets in Europe and Asia. He also is a Member of the Board at the International Finance Institute.
Over the course of his career in finance, he has also worked at such firms as Merrill Lynch, ConocoPhillips, CB Richard Ellis, DPFG, and Silver Fern Management.
Joseph is a successful financial advisor with over 15 years of industry experience. He has gained his vast knowledge and acquired skills while being the head of numerous successful companies in Europe and Asia. A significant highlight of his career is the only 5-star beach development holiday resort in Eastern Europe – Sunset Resort in Pomorie, Bulgaria. Sunset Resort stands out with size, lavish interior design, as well as impeccable 5-star service. Joseph currently acts as a managing partner for the InveStellar Corporation – a residential and resort property development and advisory company, tailoring services to the real estate investment community in holiday markets in Europe and Asia.
