The Hotel Development is strategically located in the heart of the SRPMIC Entertainment District with its 5-6 million annual visitors (Includes: Salt River Field Spring Training & Cactus League Facility (home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies), Talking Stick resort with its 27 Hole Golf Course, Top Golf and the newly constructed Odysea in the Desert Entertainment Complex which includes the newest and largest Aquarium in the Southwest, Butterfly Wonderland, Dolphinaris swim with the Dolphins) & Casino Arizona. With over 4 million square feet of existing office and more on the way.
To the North of the site is a mix of Medical, Retail, and Office Including the 433 bed Honor Health Scottsdale Shea Medical Center and its associated medical office campuses.
